AlayaCare revolutionizing home health care software. AlayaCare cloud-based solution put intake, scheduling, care management, billing, payroll, and all your data into a convenient desktop and mobile solution. As a DevOps and SecOps professional, I provided my expertise to AlayaCare across multiple projects. These projects involved the establishment of their infrastructure on AWS, the creation of a robust CI/CD pipeline, and the setup of a Kubernetes cluster. Furthermore, I worked to improve the security posture of their infrastructure and applications. To enhance their product offerings, I also implemented VPN and SSO solutions. Additionally, I played a crucial role in building the IT team and workflows, and provided assistance during mergers and acquisitions.

NTT DATA Corporation is a multinational information technology service and consulting company. I contributed to managing the Morgan Stanley datacenter, overseeing application deployment and automating deployment tasks. Working closely with the security team, I ensured that infrastructure architecture concerns were addressed in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, I provided mentorship to new hires, nearshore and offshore teams, while effectively managing a small team. Leveraging my technical expertise, I offered 2nd level support and collaborated with tier 3 engineers to manage production incidents, and played a key role in troubleshooting and incident calls in production. My efforts also included improving documentation for enhanced operational efficiency.
